Presentation Guidelines

Basic Guidelines

1) Allocated Presentation Time: 7 min. presentation + 3 min. Q&A

2) Presentation Slides

  • Your slide size to a ratio of 16:9 (widescreen) is recommended. If you submit it at 4:3, both sides of the slide may look black.
  • Using the provided template is recommended, but not mandatory.
  • Use a common font such as Aptos, Calibri, Times New Roman, etc.
  • Presentation slides should be made in an MS Power point (2013-2019 versions) file for smooth operation.

1) Allocated Presentation Time: 5 min. presentation + 3 min. Q&A

2) Presentation Slides

Presentation File Submission

Location : Preview Room (B1F, Grand Walkerhill Seoul, IDA Hall, next to the Registration Desk)

Operation Hours :

  • March 19 (Thu), 07:30-18:00
  • March 20 (Fri), 07:30-18:00
  • March 20 (Sat), 07:30-17:00

Guidelines :

  • All speakers are requested to visit the preview room no later than 1 hour before their session.
  • Please bring your file on a USB flash drive.
  • Presenters are requested to check their presentation files to ensure they work correctly in our system.
  • If your file contains video or sound, please inform our staff and check the system in advance.
  • If you wish to present with your own laptop (IBM or Mac), you are required to test it at the preview room at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled session.

Session Room Equipment

  • Session rooms will be equipped with a computer running Windows (not Mac), projector and microphone.
  • A single monitor will be provided on the speaker podium, allowing you to view both your slides and speaker notes on one screen. A mouse will be available, but please note that there is no keyboard on the podium.
  • The Slide Note function (Presenter View mode) will be provided by default.

Before your Presentation

  • Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
  • Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
  • You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.

Poster Size and Format

  • Poster presentations must be prepared in English.
  • Poster size should be A0 (841mm x 1189mm) including the title page.
  • Alternatively, presenters may prepare their posters using multiple A4 sheets if preferred.
  • Poster panels are 95cm in width by 237cm in height.
  • The title, author(s)' name(s), and affiliation(s) must be clearly displayed at the top of the poster.
  • Posters should focus on presenting the main content and key results of your work.

Note !

  • All presenters should prepare and print their own poster.
  • The secretariat does not provide printing service.
  • If you are unable to present or wish to withdraw your presentation, please let us know the secretariat by email. (info@acar2026.org)
  • Presenters selected for the Award will be assigned individual presentation slots within the Poster Presentation sessions held on March 19 (Thu) and March 20 (Fri).

Printed Poster Set-up / Removal

All poster presenters are strictly required to adhere to the set-up and removal times as outlined in the table below.

Notice
  • Posters not removed during the designated removal time (March 21, 15:50 ~ 16:50) will be taken down and discarded by the staff without prior notice.
  • The Organizing Committee will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged posters.

Poster Presentation Schedule

  • March 20 (Fri), 15:50 ~ 16:30
  • For General Poster Presenters (Excluding ISP Presenters):
    • All poster presenters (except for ISP Poster Presenters) are required to stand in front of their assigned poster panels to deliver their presentations during the designated session times.
    • Allocated Presentation Time: Each presenter will be notified of their specific presentation schedule via individual email.
    • Presentation Format: Please be prepared to provide brief explanations and engage in Q&A with attendees who visit your poster during the session.

* Important Notice for ISP Poster Presenters
All ISP poster presenters are required to arrive at the Grand Round (B1F) at least 20 minutes before the session starts for a brief orientation (including instructions on microphone usage and other session details).

  • Poster Presentation 1 (ISP Format): Please arrive at the Grand Round (B1F) by 15:40 on Thursday, March 19, which is 20 minutes prior to the session start.
  • Poster Presentation 2 (ISP Format): Please arrive at the Grand Round (B1F) by 15:30 on Friday, March 20, which is 20 minutes prior to the session start.
